The Child's Dress and Doll Dress were made using Simplicity Pattern number 9640 and Daisy Kingdom fabric. Cording for piping is "Country Cotton Cabled" crochet/knitting cotton thread available from yarn shops and discount stores. I cut bias strips 2" wide, sewed in the cording then used Piping Magic to rotary cut seam allowances 3/8" wide as required by the pattern. |
